Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@orbitgo.in with your order details. If the order is successfully canceled, any prepaid amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. Customers may request a return if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To initiate a return, email us at info@orbitgo.in with your order details and reason for return. Upon approval, we will provide return shipping details. The item must be returned within the specified timeframe.

Important: Items returned without prior approval or outside the 5-day window will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after successful inspection of the returned item. Refund timelines:

• For canceled orders (before shipment): Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
• For returned items: Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Customers must provide accurate bank details for processing.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, including perishable goods, customized items, and personal care products, are not eligible for returns.
